About London Pulse
London Pulse is a leading Professional Netball Super League franchise, committed to performance excellence, community impact, and growing the profile of netball across the capital. As the club continues to expand commercially, we are seeking a driven and relationship-focused Marketing & Sponsorship Manager to play a key role in our growth.
Role Overview
The Marketing & Sponsorship Manager will be responsible for securing, managing, and maximising commercial partnerships for London Pulse. This role blends business development, account management, and matchday hospitality, ensuring sponsors receive exceptional value and long-term engagement with the club.
Key Responsibilities
Sponsorship & Commercial Growth
- Identify, approach, and secure new sponsorship and partnership opportunities
- Develop tailored proposals and pitches aligned to brand and commercial objectives
- Meet and exceed revenue targets through proactive sales strategies
Client Relationship Management
- Act as the primary point of contact for all sponsors and partners
- Build and nurture long-term, high-value relationships
- Ensure all contractual rights and deliverables are fulfilled to a high standard and in accordance with Netball Superleague commercial guidelines
Matchday & Event Hosting
- Lead sponsor activation on matchdays, ensuring an outstanding partner experience
- Host sponsors and VIP guests at London Pulse fixtures and events
- Coordinate hospitality, branding, and in-game activations
Marketing & Activation
- Collaborate with the marketing/social media team to deliver impactful sponsor campaigns
- Oversee the integration of partners across digital, social, and in-venue platforms
- Track and report on sponsorship performance and ROI
Strategic Development
- Contribute to the club’s commercial strategy and growth plans
- Identify new opportunities for brand partnerships and fan engagement
Key Skills & Experience
Essential
- Proven experience in sponsorship sales, business development, or partnerships
- Strong track record of securing commercial deals and hitting revenue targets
- Excellent relationship management and interpersonal skills
- Confident communicator with strong presentation and negotiation abilities
- Experience hosting clients or stakeholders in a professional environment
- Highly organised with the ability to manage multiple accounts simultaneously
Desirable
- Experience in sport, events, or entertainment industries
- Understanding of the sponsorship landscape within UK sport
- Knowledge of netball or women’s sport

- Passionate about sport and delivering exceptional experiences
- Flexible and available to work evenings/weekends for matchdays
