Birmingham City FC Blazes a Trail into the Metaverse with Ultimo GG!

Birmingham City FC is thrilled to announce that they are making history as the first EFL club to enter the Metaverse, thanks to an innovative project led by their new esports partner, Ultimo GG!

In December 2021, plans began for the exciting journey of scanning and mapping a digital recreation of St. Andrew’s Stadium.

Once completed, the clubs very own digital Metaverse will unlock incredible commercial opportunities for the club, offer amazing engagement and entertainment experiences for Blues fans, and create new fundraising possibilities for the BCFC Community Trust, Academy, and other charitable causes.
